Any personal information submitted on AutoTransponder.com is for the sole purpose of your order.  Information is not shared or sold to third parties.  Email addresses are used only for confirmation emails, tracking information, or direct website representative contact. 


AutoTransponder.com is responsible for shipping the order out in a timely fashion with either USPS or FedEx, whichever is selected by the customer at checkout.  Once the order is sent out, it is up to the mail service to deliver the package on time. AutoTransponder.com cannot be held liable for lost packages or late delivery times caused by the delivery services.  Tracking information is sent to the email address given on the invoice, if provided.  Customer must contact USPS or FedEx with any problems or delays after the order is shipped.


AutoTransponder.com ships orders to the exact address the customer has given on their invoice.  If the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, shipping costs must be paid again in order to reship the package.  If a refund is preferred, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued.


All orders received on AutoTransponder.com will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping takes place Monday thru Friday. Any orders placed after 2PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.  FedEx overnight orders received before 4PM EST will be shipped the same day.  FedEx overnight orders received after 4PM EST will be shipped next day.


Customers must inform Auto Transponder Inc. of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly -- even if the item is purchased for a gift. If it is found that you were sent the incorrect item by our mistake, a refund or exchange may be issued when the item is returned to us. Return labels are available on request. AutoTransponder.com is not responsible for any costs incurred by attempting to program and/or cut an incorrect item received. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correct item was received before taking it to be programmed and/or cut. We are not liable for purchases made in error. Such purchases may be returned or exchanged if they are uncut and/or unprogrammed. Cut and/or programmed items cannot be returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded for customer error returns or exchanges.


AutoTransponder.com cannot be held responsible for the miscutting of keys.  We sell the blank key only and cannot provide any guarantee that the facility that cuts the key will do the job properly.  Customer agrees that they will take the key blank to a credible professional locksmith shop or dealership for cutting and/or programming.  Please ensure that whoever will cut/program the key(s) can guarantee their work.  Miscut keys cannot be returned.


Items can be returned to AutoTransponder.com for an exchange or refund if the items are not used or damaged in any way.  Shipping costs will NOT be refunded for returns sent for the following reasons, including, but not limited to:

?         Aesthetic reasons

?         Item(s) purchased in error

?         Wrong item ordered

?         Unable to find a locksmith or dealer for cutting and/or programming

?         Unneeded items

?         Found better pricing

Refunds will be issued at the full discretion of AutoTransponder.com employees.  Fees may apply for returned items that are opened, damaged or missing original factory bags.  Such items can no longer be sold as new, diminishing the value of the item. Fees vary depending on the item. Please call for details.
